        Device description
        Water bath sterilizer is mainly used in fruit and vegetable processing.  The equipment is set with double mesh belt, which can effectively press blanched vegetables completely in hot water, so that vegetables can be blanched evenly.  The speed of the net belt can be adjusted uniformly.  The equipment is equipped with pneumatic Angle seat valve. When the temperature in the ironing pool decreases, steam will be automatically added.  When the temperature in the blanching pool reaches the set temperature, it automatically closes to save energy.  The equipment is suitable for the pre-cooking process of fruits and vegetables, with the characteristics of good temperature control, high efficiency and labor saving.  The equipment inhibits enzyme and protects color and dehydrates and cools in time to keep the original natural color of fruits and vegetables.  
        working principle
        The machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel and heated by steam or heat conduction oil.  The upper and lower parts of the equipment are equipped with a net belt to ensure that the material soaked in the ironing pool, the equipment is equipped with a circulating pump to make the ironing pool water flow up to ensure that the water temperature in the pool uniform.  The tank body of the blanching pool is provided with an insulation layer to reduce heat loss.  The upper end of the equipment is provided with a steam outlet from which excess waste gas is discharged.  The upper cover is provided with a lifting device to facilitate internal cleaning, and the lower end is provided with a sewage outlet to facilitate equipment cleaning.  After blanching, the material is transported to the cooling pool for cooling through the net belt.
